And here’s my cute Christmas in July project for you! It’s never too early to start making Christmas cards! Right?! LOL!!! I picked up Ornamental Newton stamp set from Newton’s Nook Designs that was dyeing in my stash from last Christmas and never had a chance to be kissed by ink.
I think that this adorable image is so purr-rect for a suspended spinner card and so I made a mirror stamping of the adorable mischief, fussy cut both stamps and made a super easy watercoloring with a regular watercolors. Before I moved ahead creating the spinner element, I painted all the edges with a black marker to hide any imperfection from cutting. I used a sticker maker from Xyron to glue the stamps images together since it helped me apply evenly the adhesive all over the surfaces without having the excess.
Then I switched to the Teresa Collins Mega Runner by Xyron to put all the card together!
Finally I added a few pine branches to emulate Christmas tree die-cut from NND Pines & Holly die set and finished with a simple stamped sentiment from the same Ornamental Newton stamp set.
