Today all the Design Team is focusing on two amazing stamp sets! The first one is called Wine A Little and it comes with the coordinating dies! And the second one is small, but so adorable Coffee & Wine set!

Giveaway alert!! NND is giving both new stamp sets away to lucky winners so make sure you read all the way to the bottom of this post to see how to win!

Today I tried to stretch both stamp sets as much as I can and used them in different ways with different coloring mediums and techniques.

The first card featuring Wine A Little stamp set has a few cute images as a focus point. All of them were die cut with the coordinating dies on Strathmore Bristol paper and colored with Zig Clean Colour Real Brush markers. I also added a little heart on the bottle of wine from Newton Loves Coffee stamp set. Working on the layout I reached again to the die cutting working with inside scalloped frame from Framework Die Set. Then I filled the light green rectangle by repeatedly stamping with VersaMark clear sticky ink some little images from Wine A Little stamp set and heat embossing them with a fine detailed white embossing powder to achieve a fun pattern. Next I switched to the sentiments and after heat embossing the main on a strip of a black cardstock, I grabbed another couple of the sentiments from the same Wine A Little set and made a tone-on-tone stamping on the kraft background.

Working on my second card, I started with a watercolor piece of paper and divided it in two parts with Land Border Die set. One of them was filled with coffee images from Coffee & Wine stamp set and the other with wine theme elements to match the beautiful big sentiment from the same Coffee & Wine stamp set that was heat embossed on a black cardstock.

As you may guess, the choice of the watercolor paper was guided by the coloring  medium that  I decided to use on this card. I took my regular watercolors and tried to make a very loose watercoloring. Honestly it was hard for me not to stay in the stamp lines, but I wet well the paper before dropping the colors on top and let the water do the work for me and spread the colors all across.

Assembling the card, I popped all the elements on foam tape for a bit of dimension and added a few clear sequins as a finish touch.

  2. Both of your cards are wonderful! I especially like the color palette on your second card. I am not a coffee drinker, but I definitely NEED the Wine a Little stamp set! And I am so happy & thankful that it has coordinating dies! ❤

  3. Great cards, so bright & funky. Love the look of the stamp, so many occasions I can use it for x
