My first card features a few new products: Newton’s Thanksgiving stamp set and the coordinating dies plus Tree Rings stencil.

To start, I die cut from Strathmore Bristol paper using the Newton’s Thanksgiving Die Set and stamped the coordinating images from Newton’s Thanksgiving stamp set with VersaFine Onyx Black ink. Next I had the most wonderful time coloring all the elements with new to me Tombow markers.

In case you’re wondering, I’m leaving you the complete list of all the markers used here: n.N15, n.090, n.126, n.723, n.725, n.885, n.912, n.946, n.947, n.991.

For the card base I used kraft cardstock, new Tree Rings stencil and a white embossing paste. Applying the embossing paste, I purposely didn’t smooth it perfectly for a fun playful look and an extra texture. Finally I heat embossed the sentiment on a fish-tailed banner die cut from Frames & Flags die set and popped some elements on a foam tape for a bit of dimension.

Next come Newton’s Cornucopia stamp set, the coordinating dies and Pumpkin Patch stencil.

My first steps were exactly the same as described on the previous project. Once again I used Tombow markers for coloring.

Here’s all the exact numbers of Tombow markers used here:  n.N15, n.090, n.126, n.623, n.673, n.723, n.725, n.885, n.899, n.946, n.947, n.977, n.990, n.991 plus Zig Clean Colour Real Brush marker n.50 Yellow.

While the watercolor pieces were drying, I prepared a scalloped frame die cut from vellum with Framework Die Set and heat embossed white sentiment towards the bottom part. As for the card base, I chose kraft color and added on top tone on tone pattern through Pumpkin Patch stencil using Vintage Photo Distress ink and an ink blending tool.

The 2nd card is my fave because I love how you made a wreath of sorts
using the small leaves. So darling.

  2. Love these beautiful cards & your gorgeous coloring! The circle of leaves around the Newton Cornucopia stamped image is so cute!

  3. So love the Newton’s Thanksgiving stamps, Wow! I love that you shared the colors used for your cards. They are very well done. Thank you for sharing. Brenda West

  4. Omg Tatiana!! You wow me each time the white wood paper you created, the circle with the leaves and soft colors on all these cards are amazing; I just LOVE IT!

  5. Beautiful cards! I really like the softness of the colors of your two cards! And I also love the stenciled backgrounds too! Very lovely finish to them!

  6. Both of your cards are beautiful! I especially like the vellum frame you put behind the kitten and the cornucopia. As always, your coloring is amazing!
