And here’s what I came up with for you today! A sweet and bright copic colored card! I started with the coordinating Later Gator SugarCut and Neenah Solar White paper. Once die cut all the necessary elements, I stamped the images from Later Gator stamp set helping myself with the negative parts of the die cuts for a perfect alignment. Next I simply colored all the stamps with copic markers.

In case you’re wondering, here’s the complete list of all COPIC markers used on this project: YG0000-YG00-YG01-YG25-G07; R0000-R00-R11-R12-R32; RV0000-RV00-RV10-RV02; RV0000-RV00-RV13; V01-V04-V06.

The pattern on the background was applied through the new Leaf Canopy Stencil. I just love the intricate design of this product! It looks really gorgeous to me! I mixed a plain white embossing paste with Picked Raspberry and Worn Lipstick Distress inks on a slick surface and then applied it on a piece of paper at an angle. I let the embossing paste air dry before popping all the elements on a foam tape along with a matching heat embossed birthday sentiment that comes from the same Later Gator stamp set.

  1. Oh Tatiana, this card is so adorable, love the soft pink background with the white embossing paste. And your coloring is as always amazing.♥

  2. That is pretty cool how you made the background out of the paste and the distress inks! I like the way it turned out and how you also did it on an angle to create more interest on the card. Your gator looks great and I totally dig his purple chapeau! Awesome sauce!
