Hello and welcome!
Today I’m taking part at the 25 Days of Christmas Tags event hosted by the talented Tracy McNeely. We are on day 3 of this awesome feature so make sure you visit her blog each day to see all 25 days! And today it is also Newton’s Nook Designs feature day and that means you’ll see a lot of inspiration and tags made using the NND brand products!
My today’s project is definitely not for mass producing, but I LOOOVE coloring so much and, trust me, I spent some happy hours playing with the adorable critters from All Aboard For Christmas stamp set. To start, I die cut all the elements using the coordinating All Aboard For Christmas Die Set on Neenah Solar White paper and then stamped the open images with MFT Black Hybrid ink. The tag shape along with a sparkling metallic die cut sentiment were made using Snow Globe Shaker Die Set. Finally all the backgrounds were embellished with a few matching silver snowflakes heat embossed from Sweater Weather stamp set.
The first cutie is a fabulous reindeer put onto a traditional blue background. I tried to use a limited color combo here and colored the image with different shapes of pink.

The sweet little fox turned out on a yellow background. These are all the COPIC MARKERS used on the tag: YG00-YG05-YG09; R000-R20-R32; Y13-Y17-YR04-YR07; BG11-BG23; B21-B24;
The cute doggie was colored with some complementary colors: COPIC MARKERS YR23-YR24-E99; V04-V05-V06; BG11-BG23; YG01-YG05; Y13-Y17-YR04; R20.
Finally we have the purr-fect little kitty that turned out more colorful and bright. COPIC MARKERS used on this tag are Y11-Y13-Y15-Y17-Y26; YR15-YR24-YR27-YR31-YR68; BG000-BG01-BG02; G0000-YG00-G02; R000-R02-R20; RV04; E99; R05-R29.
