Today I’m sharing another watercolor card! I left it very clean and simple and kept the main focus on the watercolor panel.
The main supplies were only watercolor paper and Winsor & Newton Watercolor tubes. I used negative painting and “lost-and-found” edges techniques for watercoloring that were showed at Online Card Class Watercolor For Card Makers Intermediate Techniques. Basically I stamped some hearts from Simon Says Stamp Hey Sugar stamp set in a very light waterproof ink and then added more vibrant colors outside the stamped images. The darker background makes the hearts pop out.
Hope you like the idea and you’ll give it a try! That’s all for today! As always thanks so much for stopping by!
