Today’s Introductions include… the most adorable Hey Fall stamp set that comes with the coordinating Hey Fall SugarCut. An amazing stand alone Hey Fall SugarCut is such a cute and clever product to “ground” cute critters and complete the forest scenes on your projects. Finally new Card Front Elements 3 SugarCut is meant to add extra touches with beautiful faux stitched details to all the layouts.

My card turned out as a clean and simple project with some simple copic coloring! To start, I die cut the bear, squirrel and pumpkin shapes using the coordinating Hey Fall SugarCut and Neenah Solar White paper. Next I took the MISTI tool and stamped the open images from Hey Fall stamp set with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, helping myself with the negative parts of the die for a perfect alignment. I colored all the elements with copic markers and set them aside while I was working on the background.

As always, here’re all the colors used by me on this card: COPIC MARKERS E0000-E000-E30-E31-E33; YR000-YR00-YR04-YR07; YR30-Y21; Y15-Y17; YG00-YG01-YG05-YG09; R22.

The background was framed with a faux stitched details using wonderful new Card Front Elements 3 SugarCut. I ran the piece of paper once again inside my Big Shot die cutting machine to add the fabulous Birch Forest scene towards the center. I also prepared an extended A2 size white card base (5 1/2″ X 4 1/4″) from the same Neenah Solar White paper that I used before where I inked an ombré sky using Broken China Distress ink and the the blending brush directly on the card front. Finally I started assembling all the elements together by adhering the die cut panel directly to the card base and then popping the colored stamps on the foam tape. The heat embossed sentiment from the same Hey Fall stamp set and a few clear sparkling sequins finished this sweet card.

  1. Awesome colouring of your scene & animals, they both have such cute faces. The dies make adding scenes & shapes so easy, must be an investment for me. Stay healthy and happy

  2. Perfect fall harvest scene… love Mr. Bear and squirrel. Great looking harvest. Pumpkins are really cute!

  3. I love your card–the blue sky and white trees are the perfect backdrop for the adorable scene that you created!

  4. The tree cutout is my top pick for this grouping. I like the look with the background color. Nice design.

  5. What a fun set with the animals! I really like that birch forest die too, the round window changes it up from other birch dies, it’ll be a great addition to my collection. 🙂
