Stamp Focus (ft. Kindness Stamp Set from Crafting Desert Divas)

Hello and welcome!
I’ve popped in today with a quick post and another look on the beautiful floral Kindness stamp set! Missed previous posts?! You can catch them up here and here.

Well, my today’s version is a super simple no-line colored flower cluster made with colored pencils. But before I started the coloring process with my Polychromos pencils, I stamped the big flower stamp set with a light dye ink on Arches Sketch paper. It’s my first time working with this type of paper which is quite thing, but has a nice texture. Once I tested it, I’ll share a more detailed review. Thinking about the layout, I decided to frame the image into a stitched rectangle die cutting it from Fancy Frame Dies and since the Arches paper is not a pure white, I opted for a kraft card base. The sentiment was heat embossed on vellum, fussy cut with scissors and adhered with Multi Medium Matte since this glue dries clear and matte and that makes it really perfect for the clear iridescent sequins as well.

Congrats Card (ft. Crafting Desert Divas)

Hello and welcome!
I’ve popped in today with sweet floral card featuring amazing Kindness stamp set! I’ve mixed and match a few old and new products working on this projects. So let’s see more details!!!

The beautiful floral bouquet from Kindness stamp set comes already arranged and so all I had to do is to stamp it with a copic friendly black ink, colored with copic markers and fussy cut leaving a little white edge around. You can find all the exact colors I used at the bottom of this post. Next I prepared a box die cutting it from a plain white card stock and coloring with the same green shades I used on the flowers. At this point I also heat embossed with a white embossing powder the sentiment from Simply Said set and die cut a scalloped frame to place on top on the card base. Finally I decided to tie all the elements together by adding dots with copic markers on the flowers, with a white gel pen on the box and with an embossing paste through Beach Scene Stencil on the background. I customize the plain white embossing paste and colored it by first smooching some gray ink from an ink pad on a sleek surface and then mixing it with Ranger Texture Paste. And just for a little extra touch I couldn’t resist to some clear sequins.

Crafting Desert Divas – May Release Sneak Peek – Kindness

I’ve popped in today with another peek on the new beautiful Kindness stamp set! All floral fans will love this fabulous set for sure!

All the products from the CDD May release will be available for purchase on Friday May, 11 at Craftin Desert Divas online shop.

On my first card I heat embossed twice the big flower image from Kindness stamp set with a white embossing powder. I used Strathmore Bristol paper and colored the flowers with my Zig Clean Colour Real Brush markers. I’m leaving the complete list of all the markers I used at the bottom of this post.

The sentiment was made pairing two different stamp sets: I simply stamped in the center of my panel with a crisp black ink the big word “Kindness” from the same Kindness set and then heat embossed the small “Plant Seed Of” phrase from Garden Bugs set. Finally the flower panel was simply popped on a regular A2 size card base and embellished with a few clear sequins.

For my second card I used the same Strathmore Bristol paper, but stamped the flower cluster with a waterproof black ink and then colored everything with my Zig markers.

Once dried, I fussy cut the colored flowers with sharp scissors leaving a little white edge around and made a shaker card base. The shaker window was die cut from Fancy Frame Dies and popped on a foam tape, but before adhering everything, I stamped the sentiment using Kindness set and filled the area with matching sequins from Pizazz and Moonlit Kisses sequins mix.
