These new products are out of my comfort zone, but once used, I totally felt in love with the classic style and vintage twist! I decided to use Rock n Roll Jukebox SugarCut as a central element on my project. So to start, I die cut all the pieces from Neenah Solar White paper. You can definitely play with colorful cardstock or patterned papers, but I decided to add color with copic makers to my jukebox since it was quicker for me rather then searching for right colors in my stash. I glued all the die cut pieces together using Multi Medium Matte adhesive since it dries clear and matte.

In case you’re wondering, here’s the complete list of all COPIC markers used on this project: T1; RV04; B000; B04; B66; Y15; YR16.

Working on a light gray card base, I popped on top a white rectangle where I stamped the matching light gray pattern from Jukebox Jive stamp set. I used the same stamp set for the heat embossed sentiment to place over the jukebox. The final touch gave a few clear sequins.

  1. Turned out great. Each blogger’s card is so different and they all look wonderful. Thank you for the inspiration!

  2. Holy Toledo! This card is terrific! Super pretty! I LOVE the bright colors! Totally groovy! You and everyone on the Design Team have done such a superb job with your creations! So inspiring!

  3. Your jukebox is so packed with fun neons! Just like I would imagine it in the 50’s! Very fun and I like the light gray checkerboard base you used for the floors! Who would not want to dance their milkshakes off in this rockin’ joint!

  4. Wonderful coloring and I like the idea of cutting it from white and then coloring. I, too, dread the thought of digging through my stash to find the right colors. Your card is perfect!
