Fall is really my favorite season that’s why I enjoyed so much coloring amazing Fall Fringe stamp set with copic markers. As always, I made the stamping on Neenah Solar White paper with MFT Black Hybrid ink adding the matching sentiment in the center of the pattern. I didn’t make any fancy blending this time, but just add some shades with the darkest colors because I had in mind to transform this big image into faux tiles.
And here’re all the numbers of copic markers used on this project: YR04-YR14-YR30-YR68 plus E08; YG01-YG03-YG21-YG67; Y11-Y13-Y15-Y17-Y35; E30-E31.
Once finished with coloring, I trimmed the colored piece into squares. Each square measures 1 and 1/8 x 1 and 1/8 inches. I popped all the piece on a square kraft card base embellished with a tone on tone Tree Rings Stencil and some brown and white splotches. Finally I covered all the elements with a generous coat of Nuvo Crystal Clear Drops that gave a faux tile look to this card. It’s hard to capture in the picture all the shine, but, trust me, this effect looks so cool in real life.
