Have A Great Day Card (ft. Purple Onion Designs)

Hello and welcome!!!

I’ve popped in to share a lovely and sweet card made with the cutest stamps from Purple Onion Designs. This card can cover so many occasions and the color combo makes it perfects for little boys as well!

Working on this project, I flipped through my stash and found this lovely bear from Purple Onion Designs called Jackson & Bubbles. Since I was going to make coloring with watercolor markers, I started with my ever favorite Strathmore Bristol paper and made stamping with VersaFine Onyx Black ink since it’s waterproof. I decided to keep the color combo quite limited and proceeded with coloring.

I love so much speech bubble sentiments and so I stamped one from Purple Onion Designs Everyday Blurbs set and fussy cut with a pair of sharp small scissors. The background was embellished with the matching blurry circles inked through Bokeh Stencil Set from Newton’s Nook Designs. And finally the bear was framed with Mama Elephant Polaroid Fun die.
