Hello and welcome!
Today I’ve popped in with an inspiration project made for the SugarPea Designs monthly Mix It Up challenge. You have all month to play along and make a project using just the inspiration, just the sketch or Mix it Up and use both! It is totally up to you! You can find all the rules at SugarPea blog right here!!!
I just cannot resist to the cuteness and so I got my hands on the super adorable Fall Fox stamp set. To start, I stamped the fox and a few small elements on Strathmore Bristol paper with VersaFine Onyx Black ink since it’s waterproof as my intention was to use watercolor markers for coloring.
And here’s the complete list of all Tombow markers used here: n.090, n.126, n.493, n.873, n.885, n.912, n.946, n.990, n.991.
For the layout I prepared a scalloped rectangle die cutting Countryside Charm Patterned Paper Collection pad with Card Front Element Builder and two circles using different sizes from Zig Zag Stitched Circles set. At this point, I also heat embossed the sentiment from the same Fall Fox stamp set with a white embossing paste on a piece of black cardstock and shaped it as a fish-tailed banner with the scissors. I don’t have the coordinating dies for Fall Fox stamp set and so I used again the small sharp scissors and fussy cut all the colored images leaving a little white edge around. Finally I started assembling everything with a bit of dimension popping some elements a foam adhesive and wrapped around some red and white twine to tie all pieces together.
Hope you like this cute and simple card! Now it’s your turn to link up your creations for a chance to win a $50 Gift Certificate from SugarPea Designs! Can’t wait to see what you create!!! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!!!

Such a cute card cute card! What a great combination of colours – soft yet vibrant! Love the patterned paper in the background. I’m of the opinion that designers should use it more often 🙂 It’s a great sketch and you coloured the images beautifully and did a fabulous job of bringing the colours and the sketch together!!
