Watercolor Card Series (ft. Art Impression stamps)

AI In The Garden 2015 (1)

Hello guys!

A very quick post for today just for sharing a watercolor project I made using Art Impressions’ stamp and Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.

AI In The Garden 2015 (2)

On this card I tried to be less freak control than usual and achieve a kind of “artistic watercolor” look. First, I stamped the cute kitties on the watercolor paper with a waterproof ink. Then I colored a darling scene dividing it into different parts because at this point the trick is not to color two areas close to each other as you can “contaminate” them. I also wet every single area with clean water before applying colors. To finish the card I die-cut some stitched frames and mounted them on the foam tape.

Hope you like how this card turned out and as always thank so much for stopping by!!!

Tatiana

ZIG CLEAN COLOR MARKERS I USED: n. 65 mid brown – n. 90 gray – n. 35 deep blue – n. 44 deep green – n. 41 light green – n. 24 wine red
